Completing this form in its entirety will help prevent order delays. All details must be completed in order to begin the process.

Process For Product Only Project

Complete form in entirety and email to UPSStoreSignage@onestratus.com with the center number in the subject line. (One form and email per center location.) Provide order form, site map, photos of front elevation, monument/tenant panel photos and placement, and landlord criteria in email as well.

Stratus will contact you within 48 business hours for more information if needed and/or confirmation of receipt.

Stratus will send a price quote to the owner to obtain signed approval.

After signed approval has been received, Stratus will begin manufacturing signage.

50% of the invoice must be paid upon the production is complete, prior to shipping to the desired location. The remaining 50% of the invoice must be paid to the Vendor upon receipt and inspection of the fabricated signage at the installer.
Important Note: If custom signage is required, please reference "Information Sheet Exterior Sign Deferrals" on TUPSS HUB. Stratus will need to have the approved permitted drawings from the local installer and a copy of the approved deferral from TUPSS. Stratus will not be able to provide a quote without this documentation.
