Additional Items Required:

  1. Photos of the building & pylon (if applicable) where sign(s) will be installed

    1. Photos should capture the entire storefront and all facades that will be getting a sign.

  2. LL Sign Criteria – include all documentation that lists the type of sign(s) permitted at this site. Include color, size, and any other requirements pertaining to the LL criteria

  3. Site Plan (required for new and relocations)

    1. Include The UPS Store Center’s information on the site plan (center number, address, and contact information

    2. A site that is ready to be surveyed will have the storefront completely constructed with the demising interior walls in place

    3. If the site is not ready to be surveys, you must include storefront elevation drawings that clearly show your allotted signage area (this information should be obtained by the LL or contractor)

*Any information that is not included in this request may cause a delay in the exterior sign order.
